The book contains 193 short chapters of instruction from the Virgin Mary. The reading of just one chapter a day (only several pages) and meditating on that chapter is highly recommended. The instructions given to Mary of Agreda by the Blessed Virgin Mary contain the purest morality. In meditating on each chapter, one certainly will experience a delight not met in ordinary writings; the more they are read the greater is the delight.
